AFAICS svn-buildpackage --svn-tag works with the patch from #434932 too. svn ls svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-perl/test-repo/tags/libio-compress-base-perl looks good, and I created it with "svn-buildpackage --svn-tag-only".
