Package: devscripts
Version: 2.10.6
Severity: minor

The following command does not work:

    BROWSER=netsurf bts -o bugs from:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

because the netsurf browser only understands URLs as arguments, not
local path. It assumes URLs that lack a protocol should use HTTP:

    http:///home/twb/.devscripts_cache/bts/[EMAIL PROTECTED]

is where it tries to go.

This is arguably a bug in netsurf rather than bts, but it is probably
trivial to have bts add file://, and it doesn't seem likely to break
other browsers.

I am using netsurf=1.0-1.
