When attempting to use the 'Get Info' command on a song, Lsongs fails
to do anything and spits this out when
launched from a terminal:

Traceback (most recent call last):

"/usr/share/pycentral/lsongs/site-packages/Lsongs/LLibraryViewItem.py",

    self.artistEdit.setText(self.track.artist)
TypeError: argument 1 of KLineEdit.setText() has an invalid type

I've looked through the files mentioned, but cannot find a cause. All
changes I've tried have not fixed this
problem. When multiple songs are selected, the dialog box pops up just
fine; however, attempting to set anything
from this box results in only the first song getting the changes
applied and a hung progress bar. Terminal output:

I've installed the howlxml linked to from the Lsongs homepage with no
effect. Incidently, I've also tried compiling
Lsongs from the source on their homepage. After getting the necessary
dependencies, it still didn't work(same
errors). I works on Freespire at least, but I cannot figure out what
prevents it from working correctly on
Debian(Etch, Lenny or Sid).
