The documentation does not mention that id3ed only edits ID3v1 tags.
Since most modern players use ID3v2 tags, that might be confusing.
Proposal: Mention that in the pkg description and manpage.
E.g.:
package description, 1st sentence:
A command-line program that allows you to add/edit/remove id3 tags on
mp3 files (only ID3v1 tags supported).
Manpage:
id3ed - edit id3v1 description tags in mpeg3 files
DESCRIPTION
id3ed edits the "id3" tag for mpeg layer3 files (only ID3v1,
