Package: vm
Version: 7.19-14
Severity: normal

When I reply to an email from someone with an 8-bit character in their name,
such as
  "=?iso-8859-1?Q?V=EDctor_Paesa?=" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

The In-reply-to field gets the un-escaped name:
  In-Reply-To: message from VĂctor Paesa on Sunday July 15

And a number of mail systems reject the email as 8bit characters in headers are
illegal.
