This is going to be quite tricky to implement as it basically means that we can no longer take the descriptions from dpkg's status file at runtime and as the list that is shown is composed at runtime. As we could in principle build the translations at runtime, it does not necessarily have to be costly when it comes to memory usage; including translations in the udeb _would be very costly and is therefore not really acceptable. It would mean we'd have to be able to retrieve package description translations from both mirrors and CD. Reassigning to anna as that is the component that displays this list.
