The reason for this is that there is no source for the UIs (other than default.exe), and I've generally not installed stuff that doesn't have source code. According to [1], there is no available source code, so I guess I'll just include them in the next upload. In the meantime, please test the package as much as possible (with your own .nsi files, and or with the examples) so I can fix as many problems as I can in the next upload (rather than fixing just this bug).
