spadmin is obsolete for printer stuff if you use CUPS (which you should)

If you use CUPS, the info should be taken from the printer info of it.
And afair only if you don't do that or it doesn't give a meaningful result
it looks for libpapers info.

Do you use CUPS? If not install libpaper-utils. That's why it's
suggested (most people don't need it when they use CUPS, so a
Recommends/Depends is too much IMHO)
