could you be a little more constructive by explaining what it exactly
is that you do not understand about the description, as given by the
package author:
"Monitoring daemon for moodss which sends alert emails or executes
scripts when predefined thresholds are crossed."

Personally, I gain three bits of information here:
* It's to be used in conjunction with moodss solely
* It's a monitoring daemon
* It sends emails or executes scripts depending on thresholds

Please comment on what is missing from your point of view (for a concise
description, that is).
