Hi Steve, sorry for answering so late, but unfortunately my spam filter ate your mail. I switched to 2.6.8 recently, but nevertheless I installed the current 2.4.27-2-k7 and the corresponding nvidia kernel package. It still does not work. The X server won't load the module by itself during bootup. The server won't start and lsmod | grep nvidia showed nothing.
