Hi!

Maybe this looks strange, but dput could give a better error message
when this situations happens, where I don't have write permission on the
dir that the uploaded files are present:

$ dput emboss_5.0.0-1_i386.changes
Uploading package to host ftp-master.debian.org
(...)
Uploading to ftp-master (via ftp to ftp-master.debian.org):

  File "/usr/bin/dput", line 386, in create_upload_file
    logfile_fd = open(logfile_name, 'w')
IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied:

Thank you very much!

Best regards,
Nelson
