You're welcome to support our packaging efforts. In fact I have no problem adding you to the Uploaders in debian/control and giving you SVN commit rights on alioth. Discussion about packaging issues are on-topic on the aqbanking-maint mailinglist on alioth. If I didn't respond to the long standing bugs with libchipcard2 it's because I had some mail problems in the past so I didn't get notified about the bugs.
