I could add the files to the package but it would mean I have to add a
considerable part of the source files to the documentation. (When I load
UserRules.hs into ghci it loads 15 source files). 

I am a little bit reluctant to add all these files to the package
especially since the user still can not use their own rules as DrIFT has
to be recompiled to use the new rules.

If the user wants to use their own rules I think they should download
the source package. I could a README.Debian file with the instructions
on how to do that though.
