There are a number of wrong or questionable translations in
kcmkwinrules.po, not only in the reported version but also in the
current testing/unstable one (4:3.5.7-1):

Wrong translations:
 msgid "A&ctive opacity in %"
-msgstr "A&ctivar opacidad en %"
+msgstr "Opacidad &activa %"
(Or better: "Opacidad para ventanas activas")

msgid "&Focus stealing prevention"
- msgstr "&Foco robando la prevención"
+ msgstr "Evitar robo de &foco"

msgid "Do Not Affect"
-msgstr "No afecta"
+msgstr "No afectar"

 msgid "I&nactive opacity in %"
-msgstr "Desactivar la opacidad e&n %"
+msgstr "Opacidad &inactiva en %"
(Or better: "Opacidad para las ventanas inactivas")

 msgid "Window-Specific Settings Configuration Module"
-msgstr "Módulo de configuración de preferencias específico de
ventanas"
+msgstr "Módulo de configuración de preferencias específicas de
ventana"

 msgid "Edit Window-Specific Settings"
-msgstr "Editar las opciones específicas de la ventana"
+msgstr "Editar preferencias específicas de ventana"

Questionable translations:
 msgid "Application settings for %1"
-msgstr "Configuración de la aplicación para %1"
+msgstr "Configuración de aplicación para %1"

 msgid "KWin helper utility"
-msgstr "Utilidad de ayuda de KWin"
+msgstr "Utilidad ayudante de KWin"
(It sucks anyway, but "utilidad de ayuda" is a *helping* utility, not
a helper utility)

 msgid "W&orkarounds"
-msgstr "P&uenteos"
+smgstr "&Arreglos"
(This is a very difficult one: "workaround" is a jargon term in
English. It is used (if used at all) in Spanish simply
as "workaround", but then Spanish-speaking non-geek people will have
no idea of what it is...
"Arreglo" is actually "fix" while a wordaround is at most a temporary
and unpropper fix, or a manouver to avoid something broken instead of
fixing it.
"Puenteo" is "bypass", just an effect of certain workarounds: to
bypass bugs or misfeatures.))
