This issue will be further discussed during a Debian Installer team meeting on Wednesday next week. You can expect some decision from the team about whether the udebs can stay or not after that. Even if they accepted, there will be some packaging changes needed, therefore reopening this BR. We'll give you details of needed changes after the decision, but basically they are: - gnu-cfdisk udeb should be dropped because of its dependency on ncurses, which is not supported in D-I - D-I does not support "Conflicts:"; Robert suggested renaming the binary to gnu-fdisk to avoid the conflicts Cheers, FJP
