Yes, it does. I would have liked to see it recognise the absence of
rdesktop a little earlier though and not offer me the option at all.
I'll work on that when I get some time :-)
I'd also like to point out the tsclient, which works perfectly well
without rdesktop present, does list a dependency on rdesktop.
I think that it's a tsclient bug :-P
