Yes, they have incompatible API and ABI; but perhaps your package is not affected by the changes. eel2 is mostly used by a couple of GNOME modules, mostly nautilus, and changes frequently API/ABI as it's mostly a collection of helpers. Out of curiosity, what's your package? -- Loïc Minier
