I encunter similar errors in my attempt to localize the man page of
goobox:

I can dig you out the exact wrong sgml syntax, if you like, but I it looks
very smilar to this bug. The first issue (about supposedly missing
nsgmls) is already reported as #428199.
It would be great if this could be fixed (or some non-manual way was
provided for avoiding it).
