Hmmm, I cant reproduce this. I tried in an unstable chroot and running an etch Xorg. Once directly on a machine and another time the Xorg exported via x11vnc. I dont think so but it might be possible that your Sarge somehow influences this. I have no sarge system anymore. I'm on etch now. Would it be possible to test on a system with etch as base system? I tag this bug now as "unreproducible" because I cant reproduce it and "help" to make others aware this bug needs more input from others.
