You are right, it has. When I first saw the problem, I didn't notice the wrong path in the generated css link. Instead I blamed the error on the style instead of type attribute. Then I "tested" my patch only in so far as it generated the type attribute, but I did not check the actual use of the stylesheet. Sorry about that. So after all, this report should have read: "meta plugin generates wrong path for stylesheet with usedirs=1 and uses style instead of type" or something similar.
