Package:atlas3-headers Version:3.6.0-20.6 atlas/cblas.h is not present in the headers included in this package
the solution of bug id #402926 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=402926 was to make the installation of package atlas3-headers depends on the installation of the package refblas3-dev, but the cblas.h file in refblas3-dev is different from the atlas/cblas.h for atlas/cblas.h, see for example http://www.google.com/codesearch?hl=en&q=+cblas.h+show:S4wLOe4n290:jSARxiVN7dM:jJ1XuCPkWMc&sa=N&cd=2&ct=rc&cs_p=http://gentoo.osuosl.org/distfiles/atlas3.6.0.tar.bz2&cs_f=ATLAS/include/cblas.h#a0 this is not the same cblas.h as the one in refblas3-dev! The g++ compilation of software that use it directly as : http://www.google.com/codesearch?hl=en&q=+%3Catlas/cblas.h%3E+show:sxNaU5O4IF0:bWGyB_Ng1vQ:wN4AnxZopoQ&sa=N&cd=1&ct=rc&cs_p=http://www.opentissue.org/boost/bindings_20050419.tar.bz2&cs_f=boost/numeric/bindings/atlas/cblas_inc.hpp#a0 is not possible with the cblas.h included in refblas3-dev. Can atlas/cblas.h be distributed in atlas3-headers as it is in fedora core 6 rpm atlas-devel-3.6.0-11 ?
