Hi, now I was able to reproduce the bug. It's fixed in the CVS version of gnubiff. The problem was that the counter for reading only the first body lines was started at the beginning of the mail not at the beginning of the body. The first mail has significant more header lines than the other two mails. So the important lines at the end of the header (subject...) were not read.
