I initially forwarded this to the author of gld, but I didn't realize
that this is not something that may be changed in postfix-gld.

Greylisting is implemented via "defer_if_permit". The error code for
defer_if_permit is hardcoded in the Postfix source code, and it may
not be changed by a policy daemon.

For reference, read this message from Victor Duchovni:

So, this wishlist bug does not make much sense as a postfix-gld
wishlist bug. It might make some sense as a postfix wishlist bug
(or not, the maintainer will decide), so I'm reassigning this to the
postfix package, as that's the only place where the option you ask
could be implemented.

Thanks.
