very thanks for your reply.
as you know, codesets for gr,hu,zh... are not ASCII.
so they must be converted to utf8 before distributing.
if the converted file was treated as original file and
converted to utf8 once again, then we will see unreadable text on the 
screen, although there is no
effect by the ASCII-coded language like english.
in the source package of tsclient, the files:
tsclient.desktop
zh_TW.po
and maybe also other .po files are in such situation.
so the files in the binary package:
tsclient.desktop
tsclient.mo (for locale zh_TW)
have unreadable items.
in the attachment there are some patch files to replace:
/usr/share/locale/zh_TW/LC_MESSAGES/tsclient.mo
/usr/share/pixmaps/tsclient/banner-zh.png
/usr/share/applications/tsclient.desktop
but the related files for gr and hu should be fixed
by someone else....
i hope you could help us to correct this bug.
