Yes.  Note that you need to download both URLs in one run to reproduce it:

  wget http://appdb.winehq.org/appimage.php?iId=3029 
http://appdb.winehq.org/appimage.php?iId=3532

This is not enough:

  wget http://appdb.winehq.org/appimage.php?iId=3029
