Package: mc
Version: 1:4.6.1-7
Severity: normal

When decompressing a zip archive it seems like mc decompresses the files
first to /tmp and then copies them to the appropriate location.
But after it has been copied to the appropriate location the file
in /tmp won't be deleted before the whole decompression process ended.
When decompressing archives of several GB (bigger than my tmp
partition) this leads to the problem that mc is unable to decompress
the archive even all the single files would fit into /tmp without any
problems.
When the /tmp partition is full mc stops reacting and after some time
it displays a "incomplete file received"-message. (I get a german
message, so maybe the translation is a bit different).
