I'm still a bit worried by that change.

My first idea was to reuse the "Report-MsgId-Bugs-To" from the Pot if it
exists (this could be the default, or controlled by an option).

But that would also mean that when the Debian maintainer changes, the bug
reports will be sent to the old maintainer.

Also, if an Ubuntu maintainer changes the template, I would prefer the bug
reports to be sent to her.

An idea could be to detect if the package is not built for Debian (using
the XSBC-Original-Maintainer field, added by Ubuntu in the control file),
and in that case ignore try to build the POT file with the Original
Maintainer, and if there are changes (i.e. the Ubuntu maintainer made some
changes in the strings), rebuild the POT file with the new Maintainer.

No options should be needed to control that behavior.
