"Unicode.sfd", former sfd file used by unttf, has been changed recently by ttf2pk author, making dvipdfmx seriously slow. So, AFAIK, KTUG has decided to preserve old version of "Unicode.sfd", but now renamed to "UCS2.sfd". This file can be found at http://cvs.ktug.or.kr/viewcvs/hangul-ucs/fonts-unttf/fonts/sfd/ "UCS2.sfd" should be included in latex-hangul-ucs package.
