Package: python-dev
Version: 2.4.4-6
Severity: normal

mkhowto requires the non-free latex2html to actually be able to create
a html documentation, although there exists free alternatives such as
hevea or tex4ht, which makes building .html documentation for python
packages for main impossible.

$ dlocate mkhowto
python2.4-dev: /usr/lib/python2.4/doc/tools/mkhowto
python2.5-dev: /usr/lib/python2.5/doc/tools/mkhowto

$ grep ^LATEX2HTML_BINARY /usr/lib/python2.5/doc/tools/mkhowto
LATEX2HTML_BINARY = "latex2html"
