Package: rxvt-unicode Version: 7.9-2 Severity: normal
I have the following in my ~/.Xdefaults: URxvt.cutchars: `"'()*,;<>[]{|} URxvt.font: xft:Bitstream Vera Sans Mono:pixelsize=13 While the font resource is honored, the cutchars one is not: double-clicking on "foo&bar" only selects half of the string. I'm not sure what's going on here, especially since the changelog for urxvt mentions: 7.3 Wed Jan 25 22:47:35 CET 2006 [...] - the cutchars resource will now be respected and used by the selection extension. How to reproduce: echo "URxvt.cutchars: ," >> ~/.Xdefaults xrdb -load ~/.Xdefaults urxvt In the terminal that just popped up, type "foo&bar" Double-click on "foo" While the whole stirng should be selected, note that only "foo" is. If you triple-click to select, then it obeys cutchars, but as I understand it, cutchars should have an impact on double-click selection (aterm does it this way). What do you think ?
