the last package depending on the old tagcoll library has been upgraded to work with tagcoll2 and it's finally time to get rid of the old tagcoll codebase from the archive. Please remove the source package 'tagcoll' from unstable. There is a binary package with the same name generated by the 'tagcoll2' source package: that one should stay.
