snd-intel8x0 via udev. snd-intel8x0m I guess is the relevant modem
driver, which should be loaded with index -2. Please have a look at
/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base and /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base-blacklist.

After posting the report, I had checked it more. The actually
required driver for me is snd-hda-intel. The output
/etc/modprobe.d/sound correctly specifies this, but the module is not
automatically loaded by alsaconf. Niether by "/etc/init.d/alsa force-reload".
Only manual modprobe works.

I haven't tried rebooting, though.
