A while back you submitted this bug:

This looks like it might be a simple dependency problem, but I can't seem to 
easily reproduce this. My guess is that this may have to do with changes in 
python-qt3, which had caused other issues as well.

These should now be fixed by qtorrent version 0.9.6.1-4 that will be in the 
Debian archive shortly. We would appreciate it if you'd give qtorrent 
another try with that version and see if you still get this same error.
