It is indeed an incompatibility between the "vcscommand" and the "nerd-commenter" addons (in my case, it can be an incompatibility with something else in your case). Indeed if I remove the nerd-commenter addon (you can do that with "vim-addons remove nerd-commenter" if you are already using vim-addons) the problem vanishes. The reason is that both nerd-commenter and vcscommand are defining the \ca mapping. This isn't really something I can solve, it's a matter of agreement between plugin authors as it does not exist a global namespace of mappings. Feel free to contact the authors of the two addons and try to reach an agreement among them. I don't have any better suggestion.
