I don't know why it insist on version 0.18.3 of MissingH when the
Depends of libghc6-hsh-dev mention 0.18.4:

BTW the dependencies between different GHC libraries should be
specified strictly, for instance libghc6-missingh-dev (= 0.18.3) as
the library which is build will depend on a specific version of
MissingH, hslogger and mtl.
