This might help for the 2.6.20 kernel.

For compiling you can use the autoconf.h instead of config.h (as listed in the
acx100 documentation for the fedora distribution, this seems to be a pretty
good solution, since I can compile the sources from acx100.sourceforge.net: it
compiles well but I get a segmentation fault when inserting the module with
insmod).

Create a link:

ln -s /usr/src/linux-headers-`uname -r`/include/linux/autoconf.h 
/usr/src/linux-headers-`uname -r`/include/linux/config.h

However now I get a segmentation fault during compiling:
