Hamish, can you make a universal PDF permission stripper program, $ pdfpermissionsstripper < input.pdf > output.pdf so there will be a utility handy if one day one encounters some program still honoring restrictions (stopping one from e.g., reading the PDF on ones PDA, etc.)
