The first patch (attachment graph.txt.diff.gz) could possibly help with this.
Otherwise the memory limit should be increased (but the more packages are added 
to the repository, the 
higher the memory usage will be).

The second patch (graph.txt.slower.diff.gz) might work a little slower, but 
it's memory usage will be 
low. So 
there won't be any problem when more packages are added to the repository.
