Hi,

while I was writing another doc-base bugreport, I tried to run
install-docs manually and found the following problem.  For instance:

# install-docs -i /usr/share/doc-base/doc-base
sh: -c: line 0: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `"'
sh: -c: line 1: syntax error: unexpected end of file

Versions of packages doc-base depends on:

doc-base recommends no packages.
