Thanks for the tips. I actually use a pbuilder instead.

Well, there is a package for gcc-2.95 and a package for libstdc++
from glibc 2.2.

Well, if you don't mind, I have set the bug to wontfix instead of closing
it. I hope to get feedback from other users who will see this bug.
Maybe you could change your mind later then.
