Package: eieio
Version: 1:1.0pre3-7
Severity: normal

I no longer get any java syntax highlighting in xemacs when using a
version of eieio newer than 1.0beta3b-1.1.0. Xemacs prints out "The
wrong version of Eieio is installed, please install 0.17beta3". If I
roll back to this version of the package, then highlighting works
properly again. I'm not sure if this is a "feature" or something that
can be fixed in the newer versions of eieio.

Please let me know if you need any further information.

Thanks,

Mark
