How is this substantially different from #119193? Furthermore, fileâs answer is correct - it is SGML. Plus, even if no-one was ever able to prove Ville Skyttà wrong, I have yet to see a W3C recommendation where DOCTYPE and CDATA were not written in capitals. Or a DTD where the SGML keywords were not written in capitals. Even if it is possible, thereâs no reason to do so.
