What do you mean "any driver"? I see the VESA driver is installed. It has some problems with latest xserver-xorg-core (already reported) and that's unrelated to this fglrx problem.
Did you try with the free driver (xserver-xorg-video-ati)? I think it should work on your board. Make sure you remove the whole fglrx stuff before that (since it disturb the normal X server libraries).
