The test cases are more important than the code and I didn't bring any, so I'd go with the guy who can demonstrate the code not working, and then working with a fix.

I'm still trying to figure out how to use your test framework. My best guess in starting it does not yield very good results. I'm not sure how much of that is due to external resources that may not be responding.
