As all your comments concern texts that are ATM common to all architectures, it is not very easy to write changes that fit all archs and make the proper exceptions. There are some bigger rewrites planned for chapters 2-5 in which your comments will hopefully be taken into consideration. Leaving your comments in the BTS for now.
