I am unable to search in jed. When I press ^S, I see:
Unable to load /usr/share/jed/lib/require.slc
in the mini-buffer, and nothing else happens.
Versions 0.99.19.+pre78-1 and 1:0.99.18+dfsg.1-6 both work fine.
