Package: xfig
Version: 1:3.2.5-rel-1
Severity: wishlist

I seem to learn more about Xfig each time I use it, but I haven't seen
this feature. Allow a user to take the current set of toggled on depths
and save them as 'depth profile' with a meaningful name. Allow the user
to restore this list as well.

For complex drawings, this will allow a user to make sure they have all
the correct 27 out of 63 depths turned on, and probably be faster as
well.

Of course, the most useful feature would be allowing fig2dev to use the
names:
  fig2dev -D algorithm_stage_1
in Makefiles and other automated scripts. Should this be filed as a
wishlist item for fig2dev as well?
