Package: xprt-common Version: 0.1.0.alpha1-8 Severity: normal I installed a sarge snapshot from 02/19/2005. After logging in I found three S20xprint scripts running and they did not terminate. Xprt was running too. So I suppose S20xprint did it's job well. But I couldn't find out why it did not terminate. I have this problem every time I boot my machine.
S20xprint is a symbolic link to /etc/init.d/xprint and lives in /etc/rc2.d. After posting this issue at the debian-user-german list I got some responses of users having the same problem. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-2-686-smp Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages xprt-common depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.4.30.11 Debian configuration management sy ii xbase-clients 4.3.0.dfsg.1-10 miscellaneous X clients ii xprt-xprintorg [xprt] 0.1.0.alpha1-8 Xprint - the X11 print system from -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
