Package: desktop-file-utils
Version: 0.10-1
Followup-For: Bug #273243

I got this message while upgrading desktop-file-utils

Setting up desktop-file-utils (0.10-1) ...
[Invalid UTF-8] Could not parse file '/usr/share/applications/XMMS.desktop':
desktop entry containline 'Name[fa]=\xd8\xb3\xdb~L\xd8\xb3\xd8\xaa\xd9~E [EMAIL
PROTECTED] X' which is not UTF-8

The installation proceeds (it seems) normally after this message.

Upgrade was invoked from aptitude, if it is relevant.
