Bug#271323: exuberant-ctags: Typo in the man page

i've applied the fix for the missing text caused by '-' at the start  
of a line (ctags revision 539), but i'm not able to reproduce the  
claimed hyphen/minus problem. my locale is en_US.UTF-8, and running  
"nroff -man" or "groff -Tutf8 -man" gets me searchable minuses in the  
output.

has something changed in groff(1) in the meantime to stop this being  
a problem?
